Great restaurant ?? Hygiene is very important here, especially during the Corona period. In spite of all that, you are treated politely and courteously here. I will definitely be back??

Very good food. Price-performance top!

We went there for dinner last night. Food was very good. It took a little longer to eat. All the tables were full at once. The service was great. Immediately openly talked about it and given everything that we feel comfortable in the waiting time. Something like that has become very rare. Thank you for the lovely evening.

My 2nd visit recently. The waiter is very friendly and attentive. I ordered a schnitzel with green sauce, which wasn't a problem either. Very tasty and fresh. I recommend this restaurant. You feel very comfortable and it's just very tasty.

Very good German cuisine with freshly breaded schnitzels (no ready-made breading), homemade fried potatoes and much more. Well-trained staff knows the card inside and out. Quiet place on the edge of the market square. Prices are moderate. I would love to come back

Very good kitchen. Could sit outside today (O6.10.2018). Prices are really good for Gelnhausen. The food was very good to us all! Even the side salad was very good. We will eat there more often. I did not find that the * operation * would be overwhelmed. The tables were full outside and inside and we got food over half an hour (lunchtime). 5 Stars!!

The head of the house has expressed in a loud manner disrespectful about our state of law. Does not work at all! If you run a hotel with a restaurant, a certain cosmopolitanism and tolerance would be appropriate! Unfortunately, you can not give 0 stars!

We reserved a table for half past six that we were allowed to choose and that we got, and in which restaurant you can please, mostly you just get assigned any table that is currently free and corresponds to the number of people. The service is nice and quick. There are also very tasty schnitzel and a wide variety of dishes at fairly fair prices, unlike in many other restaurants, the drinks here were very cheap. Despite the small kitchen, the food always comes relatively quickly, which was a pretty good achievement for the number of guests there. I would go there again at any time if I were in Gelnhausen ... ?

When I wanted to order food at 1:00 pm, the young man told me the food took an hour. When I said that I did not mind the young man said that it would not be closed at 2pm. So we left.

We wanted to eat something and sat down in the dining room. There was no free table outside, just a table at the edge in the blazing sun. We didn't want that after all. The owner's first reaction was: "Everyone is sitting outside". He probably didn't like the fact that we had taken a seat inside, in the cool. After we were ignored for a good quarter of an hour, the "boss" sent the waitress to us. In front of us there would be 8-10 people, we could then expect "service" in about 1 hour at the earliest. That was quite clearly an expulsion, probably because of our choice of seat. You couldn't talk about being overwhelmed because of too many guests with 2 people in the service. Of course we didn't stay. I prefer to spend my money where people like to have guests. My recommendation: friendliness and service are much better elsewhere! One star is still too many.

Were there for lunch today! The restaurant was well staffed in the outdoor area, but we got our drinks and food quite quickly! Everything was great and the low price surprised! Later arriving guests who sat down at our table were immediately alerted by the waiter that the food could take a while, since there are a larger number of orders. Nevertheless, the drinks at the table neighbors immediately the food was also quite quickly. Will visit again during our next stay in Gelnhausen.
